Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Temi Technologies Ltd("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Nigeria, for your use of Bammie. By using Bammie, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Bammie is a business-assistant service that helps owners keep records — sales, expenses, debts, stock — and understand their business, delivered as a chat assistant over WhatsApp, with a companion web dashboard.

Using Bammie

You may use Bammie only for lawful business purposes and in line with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give Bammie and for the decisions you make based on its responses. Bammie provides information and suggestions to help you run your business; it does not provide professional accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Your account

• You must provide accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your access to it secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register.

Acceptable use

When using Bammie, you agree not to:

• Break any law, or use Bammie to defraud or harm others.
• Send spam, or message people without a lawful basis to do so.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is harmful or unlawful.

You must also follow WhatsApp's and Meta's policies, since Bammie runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Your content and data

Your business records and the content you send remain yours. You grant us the permissions needed to operate the service — for example, to process, store, and display your content back to you, and to process it with the AI and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Service availability

We work to keep Bammie available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or pause features to improve the service or for maintenance. Bammie depends on third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp) whose availability is outside our control.

Plans and billing

Bammie may be offered on free and paid plans. Pricing and plan details will be shown before you subscribe. Where fees apply, they are charged as described at sign-up; taxes may apply. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We will give notice of material changes to pricing.

Disclaimers

Bammie is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the service and do not guarantee that its outputs (including figures, summaries, and suggestions) are complete or error-free. You remain responsible for verifying important numbers and decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Temi Technologies Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of Bammie. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Bammie after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
